As tropical plant lovers and collectors ourselves, we know how important it is to get the "real thing". We are a small family owned nursery. We try to give each customer personal service. We want your purchase to be an enjoyable experience. We want you to be confident that your plant is what it is labeled as, and will perform to your expectations. We have long term association with collectors around the world who are knowledgeable plant people. We have confidence in our seed sources, so we can provide you with quality plants which are true to name. For over 30 years, we have collected and grown many species of palms and tropical plants. We are always experimenting with new plants for gardeners who want something new and extraordinary. Keep checking with us for that new plant! If you are looking for a specific palm, ask us. We have many plants in the nursery which are not in sufficient quantity to list. That special plant may be here, hiding in some niche in the nursery, or we can find it for you!

ABOUT US:
In 1970, Homestead Florida, our family purchased a small landscape nursery. Learning many growing techniques from several of the local growers and experiment agents in the exotic plant industry, we associated with many of the tropical plant enthusiasts and nurserymen of the area. We became very interested in palms in particular, and joined the International Palm Society. We then began importing seed, and growing many palms never tried in the USA. We experimented with many new palms, looking for plants suitable for growing conditions in the Southeastern US subtropical and mild temperate climates. After growing seedlings and container palms and providing them to several landscape nurseries for awhile, our family located to Georgia, where we continued to experiment with palms and other tropicals. Today, we specialize in cold hardy palms and other tropical plants for gardeners who want that special feel of the tropics here in the cooler tropics.
